Paul, Weiss received two honors at the FinanceAsia China Awards 2019. The firm received the “Deal of the Year” award for representing Tencent in Anta-led consortium’s $6.3 billion acquisition of Amer Sports, and the “Best Private Equity Deal” award for representing The Carlyle Group in the $440 million acquisition of Adicon.
