Paul, Weiss was recognized for three “Deals of the Year” as part of International Tax Review’s ITR Americas Tax Awards 2022. The firm was recognized for its work advising GE Capital Aviation Services in its merger with AerCap; Advance, a major shareholder of Discovery, in Discovery’s combination with WarnerMedia; and Univision Holdings in its merger with Grupo Televisa.
The ITR Americas Tax awards recognize remarkable achievements and developments from the past year by international tax professionals throughout the Americas.
Winners were announced at an awards ceremony in New York City on September 22.
