The M&A Advisor recognized Paul, Weiss in the “Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year (Over $1B)” award category in the publication’s 21st Annual M&A Advisor Awards. The firm was recognized for its role advising in the merger of Tops Markets and The Golub Corporation.
