Mergermarket ranked Paul, Weiss third among the top legal advisors on buyout deals in Europe during the first half of 2024, with a 1,115% increase in deal value compared to the first half of 2023—by far the largest jump among firms ranked in the top 10. Paul, Weiss moved up 20 spots in the rankings compared to the first half of last year, with a total deal value of $17.909 billion so far in 2024.
