Paul, Weiss was awarded “Private Equity Legal Adviser of the Year” by Mergermarket at its annual China M&A Awards event in Shanghai on October 18. The China M&A Awards recognize excellence in law firms and professional firms advising on Chinese-related deals. Awards are based on the Mergermarket league tables, with input from an independent judging panel of six industry experts and two professionals from Acuris.
