Paul, Weiss “Highly Recommended” Across Multiple Regions in Global Competition Review’s GCR 100 2026

Global Competition Review (GCR) ranked Paul, Weiss as “highly recommended” in the publication’s 2026 “GCR 100” lists in the New York, Washington, UK and Brussels jurisdictions. The annual lists provide a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the law firms and economic consultancies doing the most important antitrust work globally. The firm was also included in GCR’s new Foreign Investment Control 2026 list, which recognizes the most important firms and public affairs consultancies that advise clients on foreign investment issues.

Among the matters GCR highlighted are the firm’s representation of Endeavor Energy in its merger with Diamondback Energy; IBM in its acquisition of HashiCorp; KPS Capital in the sale of packaging company Eviosys to Sonoco; Dana Incorporated in the sale of its off-highway business to Allison Transmission; Florida Cancer Specialists in the sale of a majority stake to McKesson Corporation; SecureWorks in its sale to Sophos; Intuitive Surgical in a trial victory concerning its da Vinci surgical robots; and Mastercard in various high-stakes litigation matters.

Additionally, in ranking Paul, Weiss’s Brussels office for the first time, GCR noted the firm’s “striking entrance into the Brussels market.”
