Four top league table publications, including Bloomberg, Mergermarket, Dealogic and London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), ranked Paul, Weiss among the top five legal advisors on M&A transactions by total value during the first half of 2024, for a total of 35 top-five rankings.
Among the rankings, looking at first-half announced deals by value, LSEG ranked Paul, Weiss second globally and in U.S. M&A involvement. The firm was also ranked second in U.S. M&A and in Americas M&A by Dealogic.
On the private equity side, Mergermarket ranked the firm third by deal value in European buyouts and fourth in global buyouts and global exits during the first half.
