Four leading league table publications—Bloomberg, Mergermarket, Dealogic and London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG)—placed Paul, Weiss among the top legal advisors on M&A and private equity transactions by value through the third quarter of 2026, with 29 top-five rankings.
Among others, Bloomberg ranked Paul, Weiss fifth in both announced global and announced U.S. deals. On the private equity side, Mergermarket ranked the firm fourth in both global and U.S. buyouts, and fifth in Europe buyouts.
