Among others, LSEG ranked Paul, Weiss second in completed U.S. M&A deals, and Dealogic, Mergermarket and LSEG ranked the firm fifth in announced U.S. deals. The firm ranked fourth in global completed M&A deals, according to LSEG.
On the private equity side, Bloomberg ranked the firm third in both global and U.S. announced private equity M&A by value. Mergermarket ranked the firm third in Europe private equity buyouts by value.
