HP’s acquisition of Samsung’s printer business for $1.05 billion, in which Paul, Weiss represented HP, has been awarded the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Deal of the Year at the 6th Annual Asian Legal Business (ALB) Korea Law Awards. ALB is a publication of Thomson Reuters. Winners were announced at an event held on November 9 in Seoul.
