Paul, Weiss was recognized by the Global Competition Review’s 2023 GCR Awards in the “Matter of the Year” category for its role advising MGM in its $8.5 billion sale to Amazon. The GCR Awards recognize the cases, law firms, lawyers and enforcers who excelled in the competition and antitrust space over the past year. Winners were chosen by popular vote and announced at an awards ceremony on March 28 in Washington, D.C.
