The Financial Times recognized corporate partner Kyle Seifried as “commended” for his role advising World Wrestling Entertainment on its merger with Ultimate Fighting Championship to create TKO Group in the Deals & Financing category of the “Practice of law: best examples in legal work.” The underlying deal was “highly commended.” The recognition was a part of the publication's annual FT North American Innovative Lawyers special report, published on December 5.
