Tax partner Jeffrey Samuels was ranked by MergerLinks as one of the “Top Tax Lawyers in North America” by value of announced deals taking place in 2021. MergerLinks noted that Jeffrey worked on nine deals for a total value of roughly $100 billion. Jeff’s major deals last year include IBM’s spin-off of Kyndryl, GE Capital Aviation Services' combination with AerCap Holdings and Nuance Communications' $19.7 billion sale to Microsoft Corp.
