Bankruptcy partners Brian Hermann and Robert Britton were honored by the Turnaround Management Association with its 2019 Mid-Size Company Transaction of the Year Award for their work advising an ad hoc committee of Gibson Brands, Inc. noteholders in connection with the company’s successful reorganization under chapter 11. The awards ceremony will take place from September 25 – 27 in Cleveland, Ohio.
