The publication highlighted Ben’s work representing clients in complex financing transactions, including representing private security and staffing company Allied Universal on more than $15 billion in financing over multiple years, including its recent $6 billion refinancing effort; Stone Point Capital in the financing of its $15.5 billion acquisition of Truist Insurance Holdings, led by Stone Point and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice; and Stonepeak on the financing of its acquisition of a 40% interest in Louisiana LNG Infrastructure.
